EVENT DESCRIPTION

Gujarat Youth Conclave is Gujarat Youth Forum’s annual flagship program, supported by Elixir Foundation, UNICEF India and Yuwaah, aiming at meaningfully engaging youth in discussing ideas, setting priorities, deriving solutions, and implementing innovations. The Conclave is a key opportunity that brings together young minds on an aggregated platform to discuss, debate and deliver on solutions that create a positive impact. Through its previous two editions, it has aimed to address common challenges faced by youth as well as advance their contributions to achieving the common goals for the betterment of the society.

GYC 3.0 attempts to provide a platform for the youth where they can share their achievements, learn from each other and understand the importance of their role in the world. This conclave aims to celebrate the youth, the demographic central to GYF’s very core. The pandemic has opened the world to various new notions and ideas, one of them being higher involvement of youth in nation building, policy making and other areas, with the motive being to empower, equip and elevate the youth. This year, GYC will celebrate International Youth Day, 2022 with the aim to empower, equip and elevate young voices. This conclave will give the youth a platform to understand their potential and realize their power. With a thrilling and insightful panel, master workshops, showcase presentations, interactive discussions and exhibits, GYC 3.0 aims to unleash the true potential of young people and discover unique ways of being their ally and make our systems, worlds and communities more youth friendly.
